Basseterre, St Kitts, March 14, 2025 (SKNDF): Members of the St Kitts-Nevis Defence Force (SKNDF) were among other national security agencies that participated in a Risk Management Training held at the Customs and Excise Department, Basseterre from March 10 to 13 2025.
Lieutenant Colonel Kerry Waterman, the Director of Policing and Risk Management at the Regional Security System (RSS), facilitated the sessions attended by personnel from the Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force, Customs and Excise Department, Immigration Department, St. Kitts and Nevis Fire and Rescue Service and His Majesty Prison. The sessions outlined various techniques and procedures for Assessing and Managing Risks in Executing National Security Duties.
The training was organised by the Office of the National Security Advisor in St. Kitts and Nevis in collaboration with the RSS and designed to enhance the capabilities of the Federation’s security and disaster operations.
