The St Kitts Nevis Defence Force (SKNDF) congratulates Corporal Saunders C and Lance Corporal Jermaine Mills for successfully completing both the Regional Security System (RSS) Training Institutes, Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Professional Development Course and the Common Faculty Development Instructor Courses held in Grenada.
These courses were held from 20th January to 13 February 2025 and 14 February to 27 February 2025, respectively, at the Special Services Unit, Point Saline, St Georges, Grenada. The NCO Professional Development Course was held to teach the students how to develop themselves professionally in their organizations. The Common Faculty Development Instructor Course was then held to give the participants the skills and knowledge on how to effectively teach the required subject matter to develop the security personnel in their respective organizations.
The training was done in conjunction with the US Army, Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation, and the Regional Security System. The aim of the course was to educate and train individuals and give them the knowledge needed to train officers in their respective countries.
The SKNDF also extends congratulations to Inspector Tressy Morrishaw of the Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force for also completing both courses.
